The Catholic University of Eastern Africa has been ranked 7th among the 10 most preferred Universities in the country.
This is according to a 3 year scientific study commissioned by the British Council in 2013. In Kenya the study was led by re renowned scholar and educationist, Professor Daniel Sifuna. The University of Nairobi took the first position followed by Kenyatta University both of which are Public Universities. Among the Private Universities Strathmore University was the best among and 4th in the country. It is in this category that the Catholic University of Eastern Africa featured as the 3rd best private University and 7th in the country.
